Anat has been a wonderful catering partner at the JCC and we are thrilled that she is continuing to partner with our J-Camp team to create awesome lunches this summer. You can place your order and check out the menu here.
Anat's program is designated to provide lunch three days a week. On field trip days, parents are responsible for packing a non-perishable lunch for their campers. On Fridays, J-Camp will provide our classic J-Camp hot dog BBQ or some variation of a classic camp lunch, while offering vegetarian options as well as a seasonal fruit, veggie and chips.
After practicing law for many years, Anat decided to follow her passion and switch to the culinary world. She graduated from two professional programs in top-notch culinary institutes in the Bay Area: the ICC (International Culinary Center) in Campbell and the SFBI (San Francisco Baking Institute) in South San Francisco. Founding her catering business was the next natural step.
Anat's food is filled with love, passion and enthusiasm. She believes in fresh, local, organic ingredients, but above all she always brings her customers flavorful and tasty foods, making their events special and unique experiences. This year, Anat will be offering healthy and delicious food for our campers. All food will be prepared the same morning and served freshly from Anat's kitchen on campus.
