What are J-Camp Hours?

J-Camp provides care from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. The camp day is from 8:45 AM–3:30 PM and J-Camp provides morning care from 8:00–8:45 AM at no additional cost. For an additional fee, you may also register your camper for PM Care. PM Care runs from 3:30–6:00 PM.

FREE AM Extended Care
J-Camp is proud to offer free morning care from 8:00–8:45 AM at the new Freidenrich Community Park for those parents who are interested. If you take advantage of J-Camp's Express Drop-off, J-Camp counselors will walk your camper up to morning care where campers can participate in Gaga, art activities and games. You may also park and walk your camper up to morning care, after signing them in with their head counselor. 

PM Extended Care
If your camper doesn't want the fun to stop, J-Camp has a vibrant PM care program from 3:30–6:00 PM for an additional fee. If you register for PM care by the Friday prior to the camp session beginning, you can take advantage of our great $150 weekly rate. Once the camp session has begun, the daily drop-in rate is $80 a day.

Sign-Outs

J-Camp sign-outs take place in the OFJCC Town Square from 3:00–3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday. On Fridays, sign-outs will take place in the Cultural Arts Courtyard after Shabbat which ends at approximately 3:30 PM. Please don't hesitate to join us for Shabbat and have a chance to see all the great things your camper did during the week.

When signing your camper out, J-Camp staff will ask you to show your ID in order to verify you are authorized to pick up your camper. Please make sure that anyone who will be picking up your camper is on the "authorized to pick up list" and knows to bring their ID with them.

If you would like your camper entering grades 6–12 to have the ability to sign their self out at the end of the camp day, please fill out the Permission to Walk Home slip, which can be obtained through the Camp Office.
