Questions about Registration

Ways to Register
Camp registration is available online. Camps have maximum capacities that are often reached quickly, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible. Registration remains open until the camp is full. Campers may register on the first day of a camp session, based on availability, by visiting the camp office (Room M-115). Please block out at least 30 minutes to register your child if it is the first day of the session.

Can I sign up my child for a camp if he/she is not entering the grade specified?
Your camper is eligible to enroll in camps according to the grade they are entering in the fall of the 2020/2021 school year. Any special circumstances should be brought to the camp director's attention for consideration. J-Camp will do its best to accommodate the needs of each camper.

Health History and Consent
When you sign up for J-Camp, please be prepared to fill out your child's health history information as part of the registration process. (The entire process of registration will take approximately 20–30 minutes per child). It is the responsibility of his/her parent(s) or legal guardian to provide his/her own accident and health/dental coverage while participating in all OFJCC activities. The OFJCC does not provide any accident or health/dental coverage for its members.

Low Deposits
In order to secure your spot in J-Camp, a non-refundable deposit will be required at time of registration. Deposits are 10% of your total registration. Your final balance is due May 26, 2020; please see important information for payment details.

OFJCC Membership
Your child does not need to be an OFJCC member to attend J-Camp. However, to qualify for member prices, your child must be included in the parent's Family Membership to the OFJCC Fitness Center at the time of registration and camp participation. Please note: J-Pass holders, Club J and preschool families who are not members of the OFJCC Fitness Center must also pay the same rates as the general public. If you want to add your child to your current membership or become a member, please contact the Membership Office at (650) 223-7201 or membership@paloaltojcc.org.
